BWF Legal Recruitment's client, a well-established high street firm in the Essex region, is seeking a Civil Litigator to take on a caseload spanning general civil matters and contentious probate. Qualifications

• 3–4 years PQE ideal

Job description

Position Overview

You will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of general civil litigation matters, as well as contentious probate, and your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients and ensuring the effective resolution of their issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters
• Take ownership of files from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective case management
• Collaborate with colleagues and work independently to deliver a high-quality service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years PQE
• Experienced within civil litigation and ideally experience in contentious probate matters
• Proactive, well-organised and commercially aware approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with clients and colleagues
