Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is supporting a respected Exeter law firm in recruiting a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Dispute Resolution team. You will handle a varied portfolio including contentious trusts and probate, and commercial litigation, with supervision as needed.

This role is hybrid in Exeter, permanent full-time (36.25 hours weekly) with salary £45,000 to £75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years PQE in litigation.
• Practical, proactive approach to resolving disputes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload of litigation matters.
• Liaise with clients, counsel and other professionals.
• Develop a niche within litigation and support a collaborative team culture.
