Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive in Devon. The role offers hybrid and flexible working with opportunities to specialise and contribute to a growing department.

You will handle County Court/High Court disputes, including commercial and property litigation, with a focus on client relations and team collaboration within a forward-thinking firm.

Qualifications

• Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience
• Experience in County Courts and/or High Court litigation
• Experience across commercial disputes, property and trust matters

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied dispute resolution caseload
• Work closely with the Director and Head of Dispute Resolution
• Develop specialisms and contribute to department growth
• Provide high quality client care and expertise in proceedings
