Job summary

eNL is seeking a Litigation & Family Law Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for its South Wales team. The role covers contentious probate, divorce and related disputes, with opportunities to handle a blended litigation and family workload.

You will manage your own caseload, draft documents, negotiate with clients and represent clients in appropriate proceedings, while contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 3 years' PQE
• Experience managing own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised and proactive with deadlines
• Familiar with case management systems and legal portals

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• At least 3 years' PQE
• Someone confident managing their own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing deadlines
• Comfortable with case management systems and legal portals

THE IDEAL LAWYER: Someone who can handle a contentious probate dispute before lunch and a financial remedy matter after lunch – without needing a lie down!
