eNL is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE to join its Litigation and Family team in South Wales. You will manage a mixed caseload, advise on contract and property disputes, and handle divorce and financial remedy matters.

Draft documents, negotiate with counsel, undertake advocacy where appropriate, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services in a busy practice.

Qualificações

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE.
• Experience managing files independently.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Experience using case management systems and legal portals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a mixed caseload of litigation and family law matters.
• Advise clients on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate.
• Handle divorce, financial remedy and cohabitation matters.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and court papers.
• Conduct negotiations and liaise with clients, counsel and third parties.
• Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
