Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in South Wales is seeking a Litigation & Family Law Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing team. You will handle a varied caseload across litigation and family matters, including divorce and financial remedies, while advising clients and drafting court papers.

The role requires a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' PQE, strong communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Confident managing own caseload.

WHAT'S ON YOUR TO-DO LIST?

• Contract, property and debt recovery disputes
• Contentious probate matters
• Divorce, financial remedies and cohabitation disputes
• Drafting documents, correspondence and court papers
• Negotiating, advising clients and building relationships
• Advocacy where appropriate
• Getting involved in business development

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• At least 3 years' PQE
• Someone confident managing their own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing deadlines
• Comfortable with case management systems and legal portals

THE IDEAL LAWYER:

Someone who can handle a contentious probate dispute before lunch and a financial remedy matter after lunch – without needing a lie down!
