Job summary

You will handle a varied caseload across litigation and family matters, including divorce and financial remedies, while advising clients and drafting court papers.

The role requires a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' PQE, strong communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• At least 3 years' PQE.
• Confident managing own caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle deadlines.
• Familiar with case management systems and legal portals.

Responsibilities

• Contract, property and debt recovery disputes.
• Contentious probate matters.
• Divorce, financial remedies and cohabitation disputes.
• Drafting documents, correspondence and court papers.
