Litigation Solicitor
Location: Launceston
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience

Are you a skilled Litigation Solicitor looking for a challenging and rewarding role? This Cornwall based law firm are seeking a litigation solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in litigation to join them to manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on property disputes, including boundary issues, easements, landlord-tenant matters, and possession claims.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling a diverse range of litigation matters for both commercial and residential clients
• Advising landlords, tenants, property developers, and individuals on contentious property issues
• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity
• Preparing cases for court hearings, mediation, and other dispute resolution methods
• Collaborating with conveyancing and commercial property teams to ensure seamless client service
• Engaging in business development, networking, and raising the profile of the team

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in litigation
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and property law
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal matters
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a busy caseload
• Proficient in case management systems and IT software
