Litigation Solicitor - Cheltenham

We're looking for a confident and experienced Litigation Solicitor to take ownership of a busy and varied litigation department. If you're ready to step into a role with autonomy, impact, and room to grow then this could be your next move.

The role:

• A broad mix of general litigation, debt recovery, and contract disputes (non-property)
• Manage your own caseload, with minimal supervision - this role is for someone who thrives independently
• Day-to-day leadership of the litigation function, with support from a Legal Executive and Consultant

What we're looking for:

• A solicitor with 5-10 years PQE and solid experience across core litigation areas
• Someone who's confident, proactive, and ready to run with the department
• Strong client-handling skills and a commercial mindset
