Job summary

Kew Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner or Senior Associate Litigation Solicitor to join our Wickford disputes and litigation team. This role offers salaried partnership opportunities and a chance to shape the department’s strategic direction.

The successful candidate will manage a high-quality caseload, mentor junior lawyers and grow client relationships, collaborating with property, private client, family, and commercial teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Eight years PQE or equivalent.
• Proven track record in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent client relationship and networking skills.
• Commercial awareness and growth mindset.
• Ability to contribute to strategic development of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-quality litigation caseload.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the department.
• Contribute to departmental strategy and business planning.
• Develop existing client relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues across property, private client, family and commercial teams.
• Support the continued growth and development of the wider litigation offering.
