About the role

The Credit Hire team acts for multiple high-profile insurer companies and deals with a variety of cases including small claims, fast track, and multi-track claims.

The role offers an opportunity to have responsibility and progress a motor insurance (defendant) litigated credit hire caseload to a successful conclusion for clients, ensuring high service levels and maintaining management information under client SLAs.

About you

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate a genuine interest in Credit Hire work and have experience in proactively managing a litigated caseload of motor credit hire insurance cases to conclusion.

Essential expertise includes: knowledge of credit hire & PI technical principles, effective use of case management systems, meeting client SLAs, flexibility in workload priorities, strong communication, administrative skills, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess the relevant skills, knowledge, and experience to effectively run a motor credit hire caseload.
