We are delighted to be recruiting a Legal Assistant to support a dynamic and busy Local Authority in-house Litigation and Prosecutions Legal Team.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy and talented Litigation team.
The role will require you to provide support and assistance to a team of Litigation and prosecution Lawyers. This will include helping to triage the team's duty mailbox under supervision, preparation of court bundles, preparing court documents and forms, and holding a small caseload under supervision. You will also be required to prepare reports and process the teams invoices.

Whilst the job is primarily based in South London a hybrid approach is taken, where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis. At present you will be required to work from the office at least 40% of the time, and it may be necessary for you to come in for meetings, as determined by service requirements.
