Company Secretarial Assistant / Legal Assistant | European Logistics Group | London (Hybrid)

An international logistics and infrastructure group is seeking a proactive Company Secretarial Assistant / Legal Assistant to join its legal team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in company secretarial and legal operations to work in a high-performing, cross-border business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and maintaining accurate board and committee meeting minutes
  • Updating public trade registry filings across various jurisdictions
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the group’s legal entity structure chart
  • Coordinating KYC requests and compliance documentation
  • Organising the signing and execution of legal documents
  • Managing billing processes and relationships with external legal service providers
  • Acting as the key point of contact for insurance administration, including renewals and ongoing queries

About You:

  • Prior experience in a legal, company secretarial, or compliance support role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Comfortable working across jurisdictions and managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with entity management systems or public registry portals is a plus
