Responsibilities:
As our Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our legal operations. Your key duties will include:
Legal Administrative Support:
- Assisting with the preparation of court bundles and legal documents (photocopying, binding, file labelling).
- Managing new client inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Supporting legal directory submissions and booking travel arrangements.
Office Coordination:
- Keeping the office space presentable and functional, liaising with building management.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Coordinating staff inductions and organising social events.
Reception Duties:
- Greeting clients and managing visitor passes.
- Answering calls and managing the firm's general inbox.
