Service Care Solutions is working closely with The Office of the Advocate General (OAG) based at Queen Elizabeth House. We are currently seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join their dedicated team on a temporary basis. They offer a flexible working pattern of 40% in the office and the rest working from home. They do have the option of fully in-office if preferred.
About the Role:Working in the OAG Litigation Division, you’ll support a diverse range of civil litigation for UK Government departments, including high-profile cases in areas such as immigration, human rights, constitutional and equality law. Much of the work involves judicial reviews in the Court of Session, and occasionally, cases before the Upper Tribunal.
