Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery, Housing Recoveries, and related litigation.
• Background in Local Authority recovery work is a plus.
• Strong case management and litigation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist a Litigation Fee Earner with civil and debt recovery matters.
• Manage files, deadlines and client communications to ensure timely progress.
• Support housing-related and other litigation areas as needed.

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-known law firm in Manchester, a modern and leading law firm with over 25 years of specialist debt recovery expertise, who are continuing to expand their team.

Location: Wigan or Liverpool City Centre

Salary: £35,000+ per annum, depending on experience

Working Pattern: Hybrid

With significant growth over the last 12 the firm are looking to attract talented legal professionals across Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery and Housing Recoveries.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join a forward-thinking firm that combines high-quality legal expertise with a modern, commercial approach.

The Firm hasbuilt a strong national reputation for its expertise in debt recovery litigation, working with a broad range of clients across both the private and public sectors.

Responsibilities as a Litigation Fee Earner:

• Interested in hearing from candidates with experience in, Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery, Housing Recoveries, Commercial Litigation, Litigation Fee Earning, Local Authority recovery work and Housing-related litigation
• Open to experienced fee earners and paralegals from related areas who are interested in retraining and developing their career within debt recovery litigation.
• Candidates with backgrounds in areas such as Personal Injury, Credit Hire or Housing Disrepair may be particularly well suited to the opportunity, provided they have strong transferable litigation and case management skills.
