Job summary

Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established law firm in Manchester who are looking to appoint a Finance Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is looking to develop their career, broaden their experience and progress within the finance litigation sector.

Location: Wigan/Hybrid after probation, Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum, Permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance litigation.
• Ability to draft legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of finance litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings and other relevant legal documents.
• Ensuring all cases are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, case law and developments within finance litigation.

Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
