Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited in the North West seeks an RTA Litigation Fee Earner to join a Legal 500-listed Personal Injury team. The role offers hybrid working, a strong bonus scheme and excellent progression prospects within the Liverpool office.

You will handle litigated RTA claims with a focus on quality client care and engage in some Complex Injury matters, LVI Fraud and MIB claims. A paralegal team will support you as the department expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience handling litigated RTA claims.
• Experience with fast-track and multi-track matters.
• NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigated RTA claims with focus on quality client care.
• Handle a mix of RTA files and a small portion of Complex Injury, LVI Fraud and MIB claims.
• Support the team with complex and litigious matters, under supervision of senior lawyers.
