Litigation Executive (Employer’s Liability and Public Liability)

Location: Manchester

Join our ELPL team as a Litigation Executive in Manchester. We consider candidates with various levels of litigation experience. This is a standard fast track non-portal position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre and post-litigation EL/PL cases as a Personal Injury Litigation Executive.
• Manage 100-125 files simultaneously.
• Work within court deadlines.
• Liaise with and report to insurers.
• Ensure limitations dates are adhered to.
• Prepare witness statements and letters of instruction.
• Review medical reports and issue court proceedings.
• Manage diaries and maintain client communication for seamless workflow.
• Utilize in-house case management systems.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and conduct research using internal resources.
• Additional skills are advantageous.
