Fletchers Solicitors Ltd is seeking a confident Litigation Executive/Solicitor with 3 years’ experience in Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters to join our expanding EL/PL team in the UK. You will manage 80–100 fast-track cases, progressing them to settlement or court action per case plans.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters.
• Management of 80–100 fast track cases.
• Ability to follow case plans and estimate settlement times.

Responsibilities

• Run 80–100 litigation files, mainly Employers, Public and Occupier liability.
• Report to Team Leader and Head of Department.
• Arrange medical appointments and review medical reports.
• Carry out quantum reviews and valuations.
• Perform risk assessments and report updates to the ATE provider.
• Take instructions from clients and draft offers at the right juncture.
• Timely time recording and drafting Court documents and bundles.
• Draft briefs to counsel and conduct some advocacy.
