Fletchers Solicitors Ltd is seeking a confident Litigation Executive/Solicitor with 3 years’ experience in Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters to join our expanding EL/PL team in the UK. You will manage 80–100 fast-track cases, progressing them to settlement or court action per case plans.

You will be a confident Litigation Executive/Solicitor with 3 years’ experience in dealing with Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters. You will have conduct of around 80-100 fast track cases. You will be targeted on both the settlement of cases and issuing Court proceedings at the correct juncture, as well as customer survey scores.
You must be confident in working to a case plan and setting estimated settlement times on all cases, ensuring cases progress well and smoothly towards conclusion.
