Due to continued growth and success, we are recruiting an ambitious Litigation Executive with Clinical Negligence experience to join our team. Our Clinical Negligence solicitors handle NHS and medical negligence claims, including medical misdiagnosis, amputation, cancer, nerve injury, spine injury, birth injury, head/brain injury, and negligence claims against healthcare professionals.

We seek candidates with demonstrable Clinical Negligence experience who can manage their caseload, assess claims, and communicate effectively with clients regarding process and timescales. Responsibilities include handling new claims, actioning them per our service level agreements, and updating the Claims Management System. Previous clinical negligence experience is essential.
