Job summary

Jersey Evening Post seeks an Associate to join its established Litigation team. The role involves assisting with a broad range of matters, including trust and company disputes, insolvency, fraud and asset recovery, and regulatory enforcement.

You will work closely with senior colleagues to support a diverse client base, delivering high-quality drafting, analysis and client service while developing professionally in a busy practice.

• Previous litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad range of litigation matters, including trust and company disputes, insolvency, fraud and asset recovery.
• Support regulatory enforcement, arbitration and cross-border matters as needed.
• Work closely with senior colleagues and diverse client base including financial institutions and private individuals.
• Provide high-quality drafting, analysis and case management to progress matters.
