Job summary

Park Personnel is assisting a respected Jersey legal services firm to appoint an Associate in its established Dispute Resolution department. You will manage your own caseload on a varied range of disputes and contribute to business development from day one.

The opportunity is ideal for a Jersey Advocate (or Écrivain soon to qualify) with a strong litigation background and a commercially minded approach. Expect autonomy and a collaborative culture in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Jersey Advocate with up to 3 years PQE (candidates with more experience will also be considered).
• Or a Jersey Écrivain due to qualify as an Advocate in the near future.
• Strong litigation background gained in Jersey or another recognised jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and support on complex, high-value matters across disputes.
• Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and delivery.
• Deliver high-quality advocacy with excellent client management and technical skills.
