Flexible Solutionz is recruiting a Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor for its Liverpool team. The role focuses on running a Fast Track litigated PI caseload from defence through to settlement or trial, leveraging solid case management and a confident, client-focused approach.

The successful candidate will demonstrate 1–2 years' litigated PI experience, operate with a strong negotiation mindset, and thrive within a supportive team environment in the city centre.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' litigated Personal Injury experience.
• Manages a fast track caseload from defence to settlement or trial.
• Strong case management and client liaison skills.
• Confident telephone manner and negotiation instincts.

Responsibilities
