Job summary

Flexible Solutionz is seeking a Fee Earner or Solicitor to lead a fast track litigated personal injury caseload in Liverpool. The role develops from defence to settlement or trial, leveraging solid case management and a confident telephone manner to secure the best outcomes with support from an experienced team.

You will handle client-focused negotiations, manage files efficiently, and contribute to a high-performing PI practice in a leading firm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' litigated PI experience required.
• Ability to run fast track litigated caseload from defence to settlement or trial.
• Strong case management and client-facing skills.
