Progress Arc – Billinge School is seeking a Literacy Intervention Support Worker to help pupils improve reading, writing and communication, including those with SEND.

You will work under the SENCO, partnering with teachers and the MDT to identify starting points, set targets, and deliver evidence-informed interventions connected to the wider curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to support pupils with SEND in literacy development.
• Experience delivering targeted literacy interventions and tracking progress.
• Ability to work under the SENCO and with teachers to plan and assess.
