Job summary

Lanes Group Plc is seeking a Lining Operative to join our team and deliver excellent customer service while supporting innovative repair solutions across contracts. You will work closely with patching and lining teams, training provided, and have opportunities to travel across the country.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on site work, and operating various equipment with comprehensive training offered. A full UK driving license is required, and overtime/weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• UK driving license required.
• Good health and safety awareness is essential.
• Ability to perform risk assessments on site.
• Willingness to travel across contracts nationwide and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and communication on site.
• Update and complete site documentation using an electronic tablet.
• Ensure all works follow approved method statements and safe systems of work.
• Carry out site risk assessments and discuss changes with supervisor.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and keep equipment in good condition.
• Set up traffic management as required and support patching and lining tasks.
• Be flexible with overtime, weekends, and travel as contracts require.
