Job summary

WGC is seeking a Linen Porter at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath in Bristol to support the housekeeping team with linen and towel delivery, store management, and quality control. You will help keep the linen store area organized and ensure timely replenishment for hotel operations.

In this role you will maintain movement records, assist with mattress turning when directed, and report any issues to the housekeeper. WGC offers extensive training funds and a clear progression path.

• Attention to quality and appearance of linen items.

Responsibilities

• Delivering clean linen and towels to the designated store rooms.
• Maintaining records for the movement of linen and towels, including rejects.
• Rejecting any linen and/or towels that are not up to the agreed quality and appearance.
• Assisting in mattress turning as directed by the housekeeper.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the linen store area.
• Reporting any maintenance defects to the housekeeper.
