Job summary

Away Resorts is hiring a Guest Experience Manager for Mill Rythe Coastal Village on Hayling Island. You will support the Accommodation Team with linen delivery, stock management and keeping accommodation areas pristine to ensure a high standard for guests.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, a readiness to work weekends, and strong organisational skills. Holiday perks and on-park benefits accompany a busy, guest-facing environment.

Salary:£12.71 per hour- Paid weekly!

Contract:Seasonal contract - variable hours- weekend availability required.

Our attention to detail is second to none, so much so, that when our Guests open the door, they go “Wow!” However, what really makes us special is our Team of people making all this happen, we are a growing business and are now on the lookout for a Guest Experience Manager that cares about their Teams and Guests as much as we do!

OurMill Rytheresort, set on a peaceful estuary, has undergone a stunning £10m refurbishment with our stunning cocktail bar, The Missing Squirrel! As well as our incredible new restaurant The Green Room.

As a member of our Accommodation Team, you will report to our Accommodation Manager and provide linen and equipment to all of the accommodation team.

This role includes:

• You will prepare cages of linen ahead of Monday & Friday so all you need to do on a Monday & Friday is deliver the cages of clean and collect the dirty.


• You will take ownership of deliveries of linen from our supplier and on delivery check all linen is delivered and is in the condition it should be.


• You will also support with the external cleanliness of the Accommodation ensuring everything is cobweb free and pristine.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We’ll provide training, but you must:

• Have a valid UK driving licence


• Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a very busy Team


• Real attention to detail with the highest of standards


• Adaptable…conscientious and very organised


• A sense of urgency
