Warner Hotels is looking for a Linen and Luggage Porter to support guests and the housekeeping team across the hotel. The role involves manual handling of large items, moving luggage, and delivering bedding and towels to rooms.

Aufgaben

• Helping to move guest luggage as requested
• Storing and moving clean laundry around the hotel from delivery points to the storage areas
• Keeping the laundry area clean and tidy
• Delivering the bed configurations to sections of the hotel to ensure correct bedding and towels
• Assist in weekly stock takes of laundry
• Moving chemical/disposable and consumable deliveries to storage areas
• Collecting used linen from hotel corridors on service or changeover days

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 per hour dependent on your age

What will I be doing?

Our Linen and Luggage Porter will be working around the hotel, supporting both guests and our housekeeping team with items that need to be moved correctly. This is a role where you will need to be comfortable with manual handling of large or heavy items on a daily basis

• Helping to move guest luggage as requested
• Storing and moving clean laundry around the hotel from delivery points to the storage areas
• Keeping the laundry area clean and tidy and
• Delivering the required bed configuration to the sections of the hotel to ensure the room attendants have all the correct bedding and towels to make/service the rooms.
• Assist in weekly stock takes of laundry
• Moving of chemical/disposable and consumable delivery's to the correct storage areas
• Collecting of all used linen from the hotel corridors on service or change over days.
