Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a reliable Linen Porter to support our hotel operations in Scotland. You will collect, count and distribute linen, assist room attendants, and replenish amenities to deliver an excellent guest experience.

The role requires staying on your feet most of the day, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and good communication. Working five days a week from 08:30 to 15:30, with additional shifts possible during peak periods.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINEN PORTER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

As a Linen Porter, you’ll be responsible for collecting, counting, and distributing linen, assisting room attendants in cleaning guest rooms and public areas and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent guest experience.

• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience

• Physical fitness and stamina - you’ll be on your feet most of the day
• Enthusiastic, flexible, passionate & display a professional and courteous attitude
• Ability to work independently but also be an effective team player
• An excellent eye for detail with great time management and organisational skills
• Good communication skills
