Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Linen Porter to support the Housekeeping department across Leonardo Hotels in the UK. You’ll help with linen stocking and distribution and assist with guest requests, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and brand.

You’ll collaborate closely with Housekeeping Supervisors to keep linen stores tidy and inventories accurate, ensuring smooth and timely service for guests and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service to support guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with guests’ requests: you’ll make every stay memorable by supporting with VIP rooms, baby cots, etc.
• Communicating and collaborating with the Housekeeping Supervisors
• Ensuring linen chutes and linen stores are tidy and fit for use
• You’ll be making sure that linen is fully stocked and distributed on the shelves
