leaf HOSPITALITY's Linen Porter role sits within the hotel’s housekeeping team, ensuring linen movement, storage and distribution across departments to uphold guest-ready standards. The position supports daily operations and assists with external laundry deliveries as needed.

You will help maintain clean stores, assist with stock monitoring and help deliver a welcoming environment for guests, colleagues and management.

Formación

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and proactive approach to work.
• Physically capable of carrying out the duties of the role.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day linen operation across the hotel.
• Distribute clean linen to housekeeping and operational departments.
• Collect and transport used linen throughout the property.
• Maintain linen stores and storage areas in a clean, safe and organised condition.
• Monitor linen stock levels and report shortages or issues.
• Assist with deliveries and collections from external laundry providers where applicable.
• Support Housekeeping teams in maintaining operational standards.
• Follow manual handling, health and safety and company procedures at all times.
• Help maintain back-of-house areas to a high standard.
• Contribute to creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
