HotelCare in London is seeking a Linen Porter to join our hotel support team. You will manage linen stock, coordinate deliveries, fulfil orders, and respond to guest requests to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

This permanent role offers flexible working hours, on-site training, and holidays up to 28 days, with pension enrollment after probation. You’ll work with colleagues to support multiple hotels and uphold safety and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is valued.
• Familiarity with linen management procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage linen stock levels, coordinate deliveries, fulfill orders, and distribute linens.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, report issues, and maintain linen-related equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and manage linen inventory.
• Provide guest assistance respectfully, addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve cleanliness goals and maintain a positive working environment.
• Following instructions from supervisors and managers regarding cleaning schedules and specific tasks.
