Zusammenfassung

Culina is seeking a meticulous line operative to support our chilled & fresh division. You will work on manual and automated lines to meet production targets while ensuring QA standards and safety protocols are followed.

You will report hazards, maintain line cleanliness, check pack quality, and assist with audits. Experience in food manufacturing and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Food manufacturing/packaging background essential.
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use the integrated management system.
• Meet standards required for internal and external audits.

Aufgaben

• Follow Safe Systems of Work and procedures.
• Report any near miss incidents, hazards or defective equipment at any time.
• Report accidents and support investigations.
• Adhere to all Quality procedures.
• Report faults in packed product e.g. poor seals, coding, difficult to read or missing.
• Check products and ensure quality is packed and dates on incoming products.
• Ensure pallet layout is correct and line area kept tidy to prevent contamination.
• Follow hygiene rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work at required rate to meet line targets and KPI goals.
• Support training and HS&E compliance.

Working on a variety of manual/automated lines to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards.,

• Following all Safe Systems of Work and procedures


• Reporting any near miss incidents, hazards or defective equipment at any time


• Reporting any accidents and supporting investigations


• Adhering to all Quality procedures


• Reporting to Line Leader any faults in packed product e.g. poor seals coding difficult to read or missing


• Checking products and ensuring the right quality is packed


• Checking dates on incoming products for the Line Leaders


• Ensuring pallet layout is correct


• Keeping the line tidy - it keeps it safer and protects the product from foreign matter contamination


• Following personal hygiene rules e.g. hand washing and not taking loose items into the factory


• Following all Standard Operating Procedures


• Working at the required rate to achieve the line target


• Keeping time is expected at shift starts and breaks


• Working on your line area
