Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Line Marker for immediate start in Coventry, on-site role with early starts and potential for overtime. You will work in a two-person crew, using company trucks and a van to return home after site work, with a clear progression path to a Line Marking Manager.

Typical shifts run 07:00-15:00, with 40–50 hours weekly; weekends are optional but some roles require weekend work. Excellent earnings potential with overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' line marking experience (essential).
• Fully trained and able to start immediately (essential).
• HGV licence highly desirable (to drive lining trucks).
• Motivated, reliable and able to maintain high-quality standards on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive to yard, pick up lining truck, travel to site and complete works to a high standard.
• Work independently and as part of a 2-person crew on jobs.
• Return the truck to the yard and go home in your company van.
• Overtime at 1.5x for weekends and night shifts.

Are you a fully trained Line Marker looking for an immediate start role offering £200-£250/day, weekly pay, and overtime at 1.5x?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company providing high-quality line marking services. Due to continued expansion, they're looking to add an additional Line Marker so the team can run two jobs simultaneously.

You'll work in a team of 4 line markers, typically working in pairs on-site due to health and safety requirements. You'll be provided with a company van (which you can take home), a fuel card for work travel, and clear progression available into a Line Marking Manager position for someone who performs well.

This role would suit an experienced, motivated Line Marker who takes pride in high standards and wants consistent work with optional overtime.

• Early start: 07:00-15:00 most days
• Minimum 40 hours/week (typically 45-50 hours available)
• Drive to the yard, pick up the lining truck, travel to site and complete works to a high standard
• Return the truck to the yard and then go home in your company van
• Working independently and as part of a 2-person crew on jobs
• Overtime at 1.5x for weekends and night shifts
• Weekend shifts are optional, however some weekend work is expected (certain jobs must be completed on weekends, e.g. schools)
