Job summary

AMFRESH Group in Alconbury is seeking a Line Leader to drive production on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday nights (19:15 – 07:15).

You will lead a team to meet daily orders, ensure safe production and packaging, and coordinate with Quality and Technical teams while upholding Health & Safety standards. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent.

Qualifications

• Previous line leader/manager experience.
• Strong attention to detail with good KPI awareness.
• Quick decision-maker who adapts well under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Food/FMCG production experience or eagerness to learn.

About The Role

• Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday Nights only (19:15 - 07:15)
• Hourly Rate: £16.00 (paid weekly)

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent.
