AMFRESH Group is seeking a Line Leader for the Alconbury Weald site to lead a production team, ensuring smooth line performance and timely paperwork. The role focuses on KPI monitoring and continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Line Leader at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

• Shift Pattern 4 on, 4 off (07:00 to 19:30)
• Hourly Rate £13.70 (paid weekly)

As an AMFRESH Line Leader, you will:

• Lead and motivate your team to ensure smooth production line performance.
• Oversee our production lines and suggest improvements to increase effciency.
• Monitor and record KPI performance through regular admin work.
• Report stock discrepancies and issues promptly to you manager.
• Make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete all required paperwork and admin tasks before the end of each shift.

About You

To be a successful Line Leader, the qualities we are looking for are:
