Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in the UK is seeking a skilled Line Leader to oversee and coordinate line operatives, ensuring the efficient running of production and meeting daily targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a manufacturing environment and be familiar with machine operations. This is a rolling 3-month contract with a shift from 10pm to 6:30am, offering a competitive hourly rate of £18.97.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities of line operatives on the line.
• Ensure daily production targets are met in line with KPIS.
• Set up machinery and conduct routine checks.
• Ensure operatives understand and follow standard procedures.

Skills

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Familiar with machine operating or production line work

Basic IT skills

Worked in fast paced environment

Aston

3 month contract rolling.

Shift: 10pm - 6.30am.
