Loungers plc is hiring Chefs for Panadero Lounge in the Loungers family. Earn up to £12.71/hr + tips, with paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible contracts suit part-time, full-time, or flexible work patterns.

Join a supportive kitchen team delivering all-day menus to a busy operation across multiple sites. Responsibilities include cooking to spec, assisting the Head Chef, maintaining standards, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Flexible, reliable and capable of delivering to spec.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas dishes to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as a team with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
