Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the Panero Lounge kitchen team. You’ll work as part of a busy, supportive crew delivering our all-day menu to high standards, with Head Chef oversight and team collaboration.

The role offers hourly pay up to £12.71 plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, plus a range of benefits and career development opportunities within a growing group.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable and punctual team player.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
