Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the Berro Lounge kitchen team. The role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible all-day cooking, with opportunities for progression within a growing brand across 300+ sites.

You will cook to spec, assist the Head Chef with prep and service, maintain kitchen hygiene, follow allergen rules, and collaborate with FOH to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef/Line Chef/Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication.
• Energetic, able to work under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
