Job summary

Sacro Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring Chefs to join a busy, supportive kitchen team. You’ll deliver our flexible all-day menu and help the kitchen run smoothly from prep to plate, while hitting exacting standards.

The role offers flexible hours, mainly evenings and weekends, with a focus on teamwork and consistency. We provide hourly pay up to £12.71 with tips, paid breaks, staff meals on shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, plus perks like staff events and development

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with good communication.
• Able to work while maintaining food quality and safety standards.
• Passion for real cooking and quality food.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
