Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Montero Lounge kitchen team. This role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Great for experienced Chefs, Chef de Partie, Line Chef, or Grill Chef seeking flexible hours.

You'll work with Head Chef to run a fast-paced, quality-focused kitchen, ensuring dishes hit spec and standards stay high from prep to plate. Loungers supports career growth with training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Energetic, punctual and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
