Job summary

Marinero Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly across all-day menus, with a focus on quality and consistency.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, 50% food and drinks from day one, and career development in a friendly, high-volume environment at 300+ sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication.
• Energy, pace, and a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
