Loungers invites applications for Chefs to join the Tretho Lounge kitchen team. We are part of Loungers, recognised as Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Up to £14.05/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a passion for cooking and quality food.
• Reliable and punctual; show up on time and commit fully.
• Energetic with pace and a positive attitude.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped at all times.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes.
• Work as one team with Front of House to deliver a great experience.
