Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe UK is hiring for Heart-of-the-House kitchen roles. You will learn positions such as Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Line Cook, Receiver, Inside/Outside Expo and support the cafe’s continued success.

Responsibilities include receiving product, prepping and labeling items, stocking stations, maintaining cleanliness, and practicing safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to bend, reach, lift and stand for long periods.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and order product.
• Prepare recipes and menu items to spec.
• Label, date, and refrigerate prepped items properly.
• Set up, stock, and break down kitchen stations.
• Keep kitchen, dish room, and back dock clean and organized.
• Operate dish machine and maintain equipment.
• Read and follow order tickets or Kitchen Display System.
