Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe UK is seeking motivated kitchen team members to join our Heart-of-the-House. You may rotate through positions: Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Line Cook, Receiver, Inside/ Outside Expo, gaining exposure to all kitchen stations.

You will help with receiving and ordering, prep, labeling, safety, cleanliness, and teamwork with Front-of-House. We value hospitality culture and offer benefits as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Performing duties which require bending, reaching, lifting and standing for long periods.
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance and following uniform guidelines.
• Practicing all safety and sanitation standards.
• Remaining calm in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and ordering product.
• Making prep recipes and menu products to spec.
• Labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the line.
• Opening, closing side duties – setting up, stocking, and breaking down all kitchen equipment and prep.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room and back dock.
• Practicing safety and sanitation standards.
