Center Parcs UK & Ireland’s Huck's American Bar and Grill at Longleat Forest is hiring a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie. You’ll prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards and supervise Kitchen Assistants in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.

The role is full-time, with shifts from 11:00 to 23:00, and a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements.
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets.
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards.
